Job Title: Software Engineer Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh Reports To: Chief Technical Officer (CTO) Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using .NET technologies. He/She will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a robust, scalable, and high-performing system for a large-scale enterprise. Key Responsibilities: &middot; Application Development: o&nbsp;&nbsp;Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and maintainable software applications using .NET technologies such as C#, <a class="yRgCVsjrzAHkdCEjqvAcmnsmCUhbwIZbY " tabindex="0" href="http://asp.net/" target="_self" data-test-app-aware-link="">ASP.NET</a>, and .NET Core. o&nbsp;&nbsp;Design and develop front-end components using NextJS. &middot;&nbsp;Solution Design: o&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. o&nbsp;&nbsp;Create system designs and architecture for new features and enhancements. &middot; Database Integration: o&nbsp;&nbsp;Design and manage relational databases (e.g., SQL Server). o&nbsp;&nbsp;Write optimized queries, stored procedures, and data models. &middot;&nbsp;Team Collaboration: o&nbsp;&nbsp;Document development processes, system architecture, and user guides. &middot; Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies for sprint planning and progress updates. Key Requirements: Technical Skills: - Extensive experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, <a class="yRgCVsjrzAHkdCEjqvAcmnsmCUhbwIZbY " tabindex="0" href="http://asp.net/" target="_self" data-test-app-aware-link="">ASP.NET</a>, NextJS, NodeJS, WebSocket, and SignalR. - Strong understanding of <a class="yRgCVsjrzAHkdCEjqvAcmnsmCUhbwIZbY " tabindex="0" href="http://asp.net/" target="_self" data-test-app-aware-link="">ASP.NET</a> Core MVC, Web API, and RESTful services. Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern libraries like React. - Knowledge of maintaining a PHP/Laravel project. - Experience with Redis for caching and SQL Server database design, including writing and optimizing queries. - Experience with DevOps tools and practices, such as CI/CD pipelines and GIT version control system. - Familiarity with DevExpress, Redgate, and Grafana with Prometheus for monitoring. Experience: - Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in .NET application development. - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. - Proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-performance applications. Soft Skills: - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education: &middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
