We are looking for a passionate <a class="hIUybjcrkfFLLhBnSNRPGtyujTqztdM " tabindex="0" href="http://asp.net/" target="_self" data-test-app-aware-link="">ASP.NET</a> Core Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work on modernizing existing applications, migrating legacy frameworks to <a class="hIUybjcrkfFLLhBnSNRPGtyujTqztdM " tabindex="0" href="http://asp.net/" target="_self" data-test-app-aware-link="">ASP.NET</a> Core, and developing new, optimized, and scalable features. Company: Pinovation Tech Ltd. Location: Center Point (8th floor), Unit-F, 14/A, Tejkunipara, Farmgate, Tejgaon, Dhaka-1215, Bangladesh (Opposite of Farmgate Police Box). ### Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with the development team to migrate old framework-based applications to <a class="hIUybjcrkfFLLhBnSNRPGtyujTqztdM " tabindex="0" href="http://asp.net/" target="_self" data-test-app-aware-link="">ASP.NET</a> Core. 2. Work with Dapper ORM for efficient data access and query optimization. 3. Participate in feature development, code reviews, and testing. 4. Write clean, maintainable, and optimized code following best practices. 5. Suggest and implement innovative ideas to enhance system performance and usability. 6. Work closely with other developers, and team leads to ensure smooth project delivery. ### Requirements: 1. Basic to good understanding of C#, <a class="hIUybjcrkfFLLhBnSNRPGtyujTqztdM " tabindex="0" href="http://asp.net/" target="_self" data-test-app-aware-link="">ASP.NET</a> Core MVC/Web API, and SQL Server. 2. Experience (or interest) in Dapper ORM. 3. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery is a plus. 4. Understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON-based data communication. 5.
