<li data-end="890" data-start="746">Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.</li>
<li data-end="890" data-start="746">Proficiency in relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.</li>
<li data-end="890" data-start="746">Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.</li>
<li data-end="890" data-start="746">Follow the guidelines provided by the team leader/management.</li>
<li data-end="890" data-start="746">Maintain necessary documentation.</li>
<li data-end="890" data-start="746">Optimize application performance for various devices and screen sizes.</li>
<li data-end="890" data-start="746">Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our development processes.</li>
<li data-end="890" data-start="746">Always be ethical, compliant, and supportive.</li>
<li data-end="890" data-start="746">Work with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and apply best practices for database design and optimization.</li>
<li data-end="890" data-start="746">Ensure code quality through comprehensive testing, including unit tests.</li>
<li data-end="890" data-start="746">Should be able to take the right initiatives whenever the situation demands.</li>
<li data-end="890" data-start="746">Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in backend development.</li>

<h4>Requirements</h4>

<li>Strong grasp of&nbsp;<strong>Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)&nbsp;</strong>principles.</li>
<li>Knowledge of&nbsp;<strong>Database Management Systems</strong>&nbsp;(e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM frameworks.</li>
<li>Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs.</li>
<li>Understanding of version control systems like Git.</li>
<li>Good knowledge of web app development using&nbsp;<strong>Agile methodologies.</strong></li>
<li>Capability to develop and maintain robust web applications.</li>
<li>The ability to analyze complex problems.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.</li>
<li>Familiarity with the&nbsp;<strong>software development life cycle.</strong></li>
<li>Willingness and adaptability to learn and understand new technologies.</li>
<li>Strong time-management skills.</li>
<li>A keen eye for detail to ensure code quality and minimize bugs.</li>
<li>Eager to gain industry knowledge.</li>
<li>Knowledge of&nbsp;<strong>Python/Ruby on Rails&nbsp;</strong>is a plus.</li>
