Key Responsibilities
● Design and develop enterprise-grade backend systems using Spring Boot
and .NET and Node.js.
● Architect and implement microservices with proper service decomposition,
API gateways, and inter-service communication.
● Develop and maintain scalable RESTful and event-driven APIs using Kafka
or RabbitMQ.
● Implement real-time data processing, event sourcing, and CQRS patterns.
● Deploy and manage applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP using containers,
orchestration, and serverless functions.
● Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and
deployment processes.
● Optimize PostgreSQL and MySQL databases through efficient schema
design and query optimization.
● Ensure backend systems are scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure.
● Integrate AI tools and services into backend workflows (LLM APIs,
automation agents, etc.).
● Troubleshoot complex production issues across distributed systems.
● Implement logging, monitoring, and observability with Prometheus,
Grafana, or ELK stack.

Qualifications
● 1+ years of professional experience in full-stack or backend development.
● Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
● Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Node.js or any other backend
framework.
● Experience with microservices, API design, and cloud platforms
(AWS/Azure/GCP).
● Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ) and DevOps pipelines.
● Good understanding of database design, query optimization, and version
control (Git).
