We are looking for experienced ASP.NET Core Developers to join our team. You’ll have the opportunity to work with modern technologies and build efficient, scalable software solutions for international clients.
Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop robust web applications using ASP.NET Core, ReactJS, and related technologies. You must have proven experience building enterprise applications, writing clean, maintainable code, and following best development practices.
Job Details:
* Workplace: On-site (Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka)
* Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Dhaka Time), Monday to Friday

* Experience Required: 1-3 years
* Salary: BDT 50,000–100,000 (Negotiable based on skills and experience)
* Must-Have: Strong ASP.NET expertise, experience with AI-assisted development tools, and excellent English communication skills.
Job Description:
* Experience on modern cloud-native, web, and serverless applications using ASP.NET Core (.NET 6/7/8+).
* Experience on leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Cursor, Copilot) for code generation, testing, and debugging—balancing productivity with code quality and maintainability.
* Proficient in front-end technologies including ReactJS, HTML5, and CSS.
* Experienced in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
* Ability to translate complex client requirements into robust technical implementations.
Additional Requirements:
* Basic understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and exposure to CI/CD or modern DevOps practices is a plus.
* Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
* Experience with other programming languages is a strong plus.
