Job Context:  We are looking to hire a .NET Core Developer to design and develop software and web application in the .NET Core framework. Someone who is confident with their ability to write code from scratch and with a keen eye to catch and correct code defects are requested to apply.

Key ACCOUNTABILITIES
. As a .NET Core Developer, you will be expected to take on challenging project work designing, building, testing backend web services integrated with web and mobile applications.
. Overseeing the development of documentation. Understand flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions.
. Gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and design/develop complex back-end services.
. Working with the team for routine maintenance and development of software products.
. Playing an important role in understanding and planning functional requirements to develop the technical design.
. Analyze and identify functional/business shortcomings in the software and effectively communicate with the team on the same.
. You will be required to execute independent code reviews and execute unit tests on the developed modules
. Stay up to date with the newest technologies and security measures to keep our web applications at the latest standard
. Write well-designed, testable code. Developing and directing software system validation and testing methods.
. Working closely with clients and cross-functional departments to communicate project statuses and proposals.
. Document and maintain software codebase.
. Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems.
. Maintaining and improving existing codebases and peer review code changes.
. Prioritize activities and deliver task on time.
. Applying best practices and standard operating procedures.
. Managing the software development lifecycle.

Required EXPERTISE AND COMPETENCIES

TECHNICAL
. A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or another related field.
. Minimum 1-2 years of software engineering or software development experience, preferably in a related field. Freshers who have attended programming contests are encouraged to apply. 
. Knowledge of Software Development Architecture (Onion Architecture), Design Pattern (SOLID), Domain-         Driven Design (DDD), CQRS
. Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL, ORM technologies
. Hands-on programming experience using C#, ASP.Net, ASP.Net Core, SQL Server, Entity Framework, Web API, . . Razor, HTML5, javaScript, REST API, WCF Web Service, Windows Service, Job Scheduler
. Knowledge of Xamarin, MAUI will be added advantage.
. Understand NoSQL database application (like RavenDB and MongoDB) will be added advantage.
. Experience using relevant tool suites.
. Experience managing the software development lifecycle.
. A comprehensive understanding of computer science concepts.
. Excellent coding skills.
. Knowledge of agile methodologies.
. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.

. Experience in WebSockets, developing data-driven applications using relational and/or non-relational data
. Experience in React JS or Node JS is plus
. Experience in databases especially in SQL servers, Stored Procedures
. A solid foundation in OOP & DevOps basics
. Sensibilities with clean code, architecting and designing web applications and services
. A solid understanding of SDLC, Software Architecture, and design pattern
